PREPARATION:

- Lining the pan with parchment paper, and helping you stretch out the dough with your hands (the surface of the cake will not be equal, but full of "fingerprints").
- With a fork, emulsify the oil, water and salt and spread it with a brush on the surface of the cake (or you can pour it directly, distributing it well with your hands).
- Let it rise at least 10 minutes (half hour would be better)
- Bake at 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes or 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, remove from pan immediately (otherwise damp) and place on a wire rack to cool.

You can also make this recipe with your bread machine, as I did:
- Pour into the container / kneader first fluids (warm water and oil) and then the other ingredients (flour, salt and yeast).
- Place the container in the bread machine, close lid and select from the pizza dough (which also includes the rise ..).
- Operate the bread machine and let it do everything to her ..
- When he finished kneading and leavening (mine takes about 1 ½ hours), remove the dough from the container and pour into the baking tray (covered with parchment paper) and helping roll out the dough with your hands (the surface of cake will not be equal, but full of "fingerprints").
