OMELET WITH SPINACH AND FETA


INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon butter
2 cups fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
5 eggs, lightly beaten.
1/2 cup feta cheese (grated)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon freshly ground black, pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the spinach and saute until wilted. Add dill, salt, pepper, stir and bring down the pan from the heat.
In another saucepan melt 1/2 tablespoon butter.
Beat eggs and add the spinach and feta Spread mixture in pan, Cooking slowly turn the omelet and cover with a lid and cook on the other side. Always on low fire.
Serve immediately while it is hot with fresh bread.

SPINACH OMELET


INGREDIENTS:
 
• 250 gr. purified spinach
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 3 spring onions
• 4 eggs
• salt
• pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Sauté the onions and spinach in a nonstick pan.
Beat eggs, add the spinach and salt and pepper and pour
to the hot butter pan. Cooking slowly, turn the omelet and cover with a lid and cook on the other side. Always on low fire

OVEN OMELET WITH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 - 5 medium potatoes
• 2 cups regkato cheese or any other cheese you like
• Little feta cheese
• 8 eggs
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tomato
• 1 green pepper
• Oregano, nutmeg, salt, pepper

DIRECTIONS:

• Fry the potatoes without crisp and drain well on kitchen paper.
• Season with salt potatoes and place in Pyrex glass so much so that the layer has a thickness of not more than 1.18 inches.
• Beat eggs, add milk, 1 cup grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over enough potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and feta.

OMELET WITH ZUCCHINI

INGREDIENTS:
 
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes

• 3 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon basil
• 1 small chili pepper

DIRECTIONS:

ASPARAGUS OMELET


INGREDIENTS
  
 1 pound asparagus - trimmed
    1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    8 eggs
    4 teaspoons butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

In a medium sauce pan, bring asparagus and 2 cups of water to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and allow asparagus to cook until tender. Drain and rinse asparagus in warm water. Set aside.

In a  bowl, beat eggs with salt and 1/4 cup of water.

For each omelet (this recipe should make four) do the following:

Prepare a medium skillet or frying pan at medium heat with a teaspoon of melted butter. Pour 1/2 cup of the egg mixture into the pan. Cook until egg is set, occasionally lifting the edges of the omelette to allow more egg to cook. On one half of the omelet, sprinkle 1/4 cup of Swiss cheese. Top cheese with 1/4 cup of asparagus. Fold the omelet over. Allow to cook 1 more minute. Slide omelet onto serving plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley.

Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day and integral part of a proper and balanced diet. Nowadays, unfortunately, breakfast is a luxury to everyday life. ROAST BEEF AND ORZO IN THE OVEN



 INGREDIENTS:

2, 20 lbs beef, soft
1 package pasta
4 large, ripe tomatoes in a blender
1/2 + 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar (only if fresh tomatoes)
Salt and Pepper
4-5 grains allspice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 bay leaves
1 + 2 cups hot water
1 cube chicken knor
Grated Parmesan cheese (or cheese)

DIRECTIONS:


Wash the meat thoroughly, cut into pieces and pat dry.
Pour the wine into a pot and sauté the meat from all sides, until the wine evaporates.
Add the tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, a glass of hot water and other spices.
Once it starts boiling, add the oil, (one of the two halves), lower heat and cook for as long as necessary (about 25-30 minutes, or as needed to soften the meat well).

In a clay pot or Pyrex, pour the contents of the pot with the meat and sauce, add two cups of warm water that have dissolved in the cube KNOR, add the pasta, so go everywhere evenly, add another 1/2 cup oil per well and then cover with foil. (If we put in a clay pot with a lid, then cover with lid)
Preheat the oven and put it at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

ROAST BEEF WITH NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:
 
1 kilo beef, cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
Pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 glass of wine red wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
Oregano and thyme
1/2 pound of noodles
5 cups water


DIRECTIONS:

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, onion and meat. Then 'turn off' the wine and add tomatoes and stir well. Add 5 cups water, parsley, pepper and salt.
