BARBEQUED SPICED LAMB



ADVICE FOR BBQ
For grilling it is best to double chops from the back or neck of the lamb. Leg of lamb in one piece or cut into slices is also ideal for grilling. When buying you should make sure that the lamb is dyed pink and laced with white, not yellowish fat layers. Then it really comes from young lambs - and not by older sheep or sheep.
