ROAST BEEF WITH NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:
 
1 kilo beef, cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
Pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 glass of wine red wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
Oregano and thyme
1/2 pound of noodles
5 cups water


DIRECTIONS:

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, onion and meat. Then 'turn off' the wine and add tomatoes and stir well. Add 5 cups water, parsley, pepper and salt.
Allow to boil until the meat is tender. Then, add 1 liter of water and put it to a boil. Then you throw in a clay pot or a pan adds the noodles and top with meat. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes.
The food is served hot.
