Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day and integral part of a proper and balanced diet. Nowadays, unfortunately, breakfast is a luxury to everyday life. How many people do not leave home very hungry or simply sipping a coffee? This is one of the most important dietary errors, and the breakfast gives the body the energy and essential nutrients.
