ROAST BEEF


ROAST BEEF

5 pounds beef meat in net
6-8 branches celery chopped
5-6 large onions, coarsely chopped
8-10 carrots cut into thick slices about 1 finger
1 cup olive
1 lb of Walter
salt and pepper


INSTRUCTIONS
     in a pan put meat which you wash salt and pepper. Add the vegetable oil and refreshing water and place in oven to roast. Allow about 1.5 hours to cook at 200 degrees and during the turning not to dry.
     But watch your vegetables if done take them out and let the meat cooked about one more hour.     Pass all vegetables in a blender to make a nice sauce and add half a tablespoon Tabasco. When the meat is cooked remove the net and cut into slices.
     Serve in a deep platter and pour over the sauce. Served  with rice, mashed potatoes or pasta.
