INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and enough water to prepare a standard mixture.
Let rise for at least three hours covered with a towel then spread evenly into a rectangular pan, greased with a little oil at a height of about two cm by squeezing with your fingers and forming small pits.
Sprinkle with salt to taste, olive oil and fennel seeds.
Place in hot oven (200 degrees) for about twenty minutes.
