CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

This recipe can make about 12 biscuits.

INGREDIENTS:
80 grams of sugar blond
50 gr of white sugar powder
80 g butter
90 gr of dark chocolate
130 gr of flour
A pinch of salt
Yolk of an egg


The recipe for holiday cookies:
PREPARATION:

- Melt a little butter and 80 gr in the microwave
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on baking tray
- Break the chocolate into small pieces with a knife
- Put in a bowl and 80 grams of sugar blond, the 50 grams of white sugar and melted butter.
- Beat the ingredients with a whisk
- Add the egg yolk and whisk
- Add 130 grams of flour, pinch of salt, and whisk to mix
- Add the chocolate pieces and mix gently into batter.
- Reserve the dough for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
- After 20 minutes, remove the dough and divide it into 12 small piles that you place on baking sheet. You have to space them well as they grow up.
- Bake for 14 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
