BLACK BREAD, GREEK RECIPE


INGREDIENTS:

1 / 2 pound of white flour, all purpose
1 / 2 pound of whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons corn oil
1 tablespoon salt
lukewarm water
100 gr. fresh yeast or 3 sachets of powder
3 / 4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:
Make the yeast, stirring half the amount of flour all-purpose, warm water, yeast and salt until they are a loose dough and let rise. Beat in remaining flour mixer for all uses and wholemeal flour and pour in yeast bloated. Add the honey, corn and water and whisk together in a mixer for 10 minutes. Bake at 180o C, for half an hour.
