RYE BREAD

INGREDIENTS:


• 750 gr. rye flour and wheat
• 750 gr. rye flour and hard

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl mix bread flour with durum.
2. Make a hole, and around - around  pour the salt.
3. Then into the hole, add the yeast, oil and start kneading.
4. Adding a little - little lukewarm water.
5. When the dough does not hang in his hands ready.
6. Divide the dough into two and shape loaves.
7. Place in greased pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. When you pull the bread oven RES coat with a little oil and wrap it in cloth and the bottom side upwards.
A few more tips.
You can keep in the freezer for some time and when taken out to be as fresh.
