INGREDIENTS
8 Boiled Potatoes
6 slices Cooked and Shredded Bacon
¾ cup Cottage Cheese
2 cup Diced Tomato
3 cup Shredded Lettuce
Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
While boiling the potatoes, the potatoes are not overcooked.
Cut the potatoes into two halves.
Scoop the potatoes and make cavity into the potato pieces for the filling.
In a mixing bowl, mix bacon, cottage cheese, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, salt and pepper.
Fill in the potato cavities with this mixture and serve.
