Makes 15 rolls
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, pour the melted butter, warm milk and crumbled yeast is dissolved.
2. Sift the flour with the salt in the bowl and knead until the dough becomes smooth.
3. Cover dough and let it double in volume.
4. Again knead the well and divide it into small pieces and set aside for 15 minutes at room temperature.
5. Place rolls in sheet metal, spend them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Place the sheet on the middle tier, in preheated oven for 225 degrees 20'stous.
7. The buns are baked in the oven, place under a metal baking pan with water.
