MATERIALS
1 pound potatoes
2 onions, chopped dried
1 small bunch dill, chopped
2 teacups grated cheese
1 egg
1 cup of breadcrumbs and a little more (to be tight on the mixture)
some oil
Salt, pepper
flour
DIRECTIONS
Boil the potatoes with the peels and then peel them. The mash with a fork while still warm, add all ingredients. Let the mixture cool, then mold into small balls. The flour and fry in hot oil
