INGREDIENTS:
• 4 - 5 medium potatoes
• 2 cups regkato cheese or any other cheese you like
• Little feta cheese
• 8 eggs
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tomato
• 1 green pepper
• Oregano, nutmeg, salt, pepper
DIRECTIONS:
• Fry the potatoes without crisp and drain well on kitchen paper.
• Season with salt potatoes and place in Pyrex glass so much so that the layer has a thickness of not more than 1.18 inches.
• Beat eggs, add milk, 1 cup grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over enough potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and feta.
• Cut the tomato into thin slices. Do the same with the pepper (for pizza). Spread evenly tomatoes and peppers on the surface of the omelet.
• Season with salt while the tomatoes and sprinkle with a little oregano.
• Bake at 200 degrees in the air for about 30 minutes.
