SPINACH OMELET


INGREDIENTS:
 
• 250 gr. purified spinach
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 3 spring onions
• 4 eggs
• salt
• pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Sauté the onions and spinach in a nonstick pan.
Beat eggs, add the spinach and salt and pepper and pour
to the hot butter pan. Cooking slowly, turn the omelet and cover with a lid and cook on the other side. Always on low fire
