CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS

(for 8 people)
200 gr. dark chocolate
1 tablespoon instant coffee
5 egg yolks a little vanilla
150 gr. cream
2 egg whites
50 gr. sugar

INGREDIENTS

Chop the chocolate-chocolate into small pieces and melt in a bain marie. Dissolve coffee in 3 tablespoons water, add the melted chocolate and stir. Beat the yolks until they are frothy, add the vanilla and mix the yolks with the melted chocolate.
Beat the cream whipped cream and add to mixture, stirring until well mixed. Beat the egg whites with sugar and add to chocolate mixture, stirring carefully mousse with a wooden spoon. Stuffed with mousse, bowl or individual bowls and refrigerate until the moment we want to serve.
Can garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or whatever we prefer.
