CHOCOLATE CAKE


INGREDIENTS


500 gr. cream
600 gr. dark chocolate
1 prepared chocolate syrup on cake (1 / 2 cup water
and 3 tablespoons sugar) flavored brandy
250 gr. strawberries or whatever fruit you prefer
2 tablespoons cocoa
DIRECTIONS


Boil the cream for 1 minute. Withdraw it from the heat and add the chocolate, cut into small pieces. Stir until well mixed materials. Let the mixture cool until it begins to thicken. Subsequently, we split into two parts. Beat a quantity in the mixer, lightly, until it becomes fluffy.
In a circular form with a clasp, poured cake. Wet the sponge cake flavored with brandy syrup, slice strawberries and spread over cake. Spread the mixture over the chocolate hit and flatten with a spatula to spread evenly throughout. Sprinkle the remaining melted chocolate. Put the cake in the refrigerator and let cool for 10-12 hours.
Just before serving, open the form and place the cake on a platter.
Sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, strawberries and grated almonds or whatever we prefer.
