OMELET IN THE OVEN WITH SAUSAGES AND BACON RECIPE

components
"Ingredients for 6 people
300 gr. German sausages, cut into rings
8 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
2 green peppers
300 gr. edamer cut into small slices (or coarsely)
4-5 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
8 eggs
200 gr. cream
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Grease a baking pan and melt the butter in a nonstick skillet. Stir in onion and peppers and saute lightly. Add the bacon and fry for a while.

Remove the onion, peppers and bacon with a slotted spoon and add to pan sausage. Let them cook gently for 2-3 turning them. Put the pan in layers sausages, spreads a little of the mixture with peppers, bacon and onion and spread on slices of cheese. Repeat this process until you run out of material.

Beat the cream with the eggs and pour the contents of the pan. Leave for 15-20 and bake in oven for 35-40
