Beat the egg whites into meringue.
Add the soda, the raw meal, cheese and salt to meringue and knead with hands.
Shaped like the cheese croquettes mold the meatballs assuming that swell and grow in size.
Fry the croquettes in deep saucepan in enough oil which has burned well.
Place the croquettes on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
