INGREDIENTS:

2 cups fresh spinach, coarsely chopped

5 eggs, lightly beaten.

1/3 teaspoon freshly ground black, pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the spinach and saute until wilted. Add dill, salt, pepper, stir and bring down the pan from the heat.
In another saucepan melt 1/2 tablespoon butter.
Beat eggs and add the spinach and feta Spread mixture in pan, Cooking slowly turn the omelet and cover with a lid and cook on the other side. Always on low fire.
Serve immediately while it is hot with fresh bread.
